Overview
For free cancellation you must inform us 2 days before the departure date. The the last minute cancellations we are not bound to refund your deposit amounts.
- There will be no charges for cancellations notified 2 days prior to the tour departure date. You can use the deposit for your next adventure with us or we will refund the deposit amount.
- All cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time will be charged a 50% fee.
- There will be no reimbursement if you do not show up for the trip for any reason.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government orders, and will reimburse the deposit amount.
- The deposit amount is non-refundable for private tours.
