Vehicle Requirements
🚗 Personal Vehicle: You can drive your own car, provided both your vehicle registration and driving license are valid.
📄 NOC for Non-Owned Cars: Driving a car owned by family, friends, or a company requires an official court-issued No Objection Certificate (NOC).
🔑 Rental Car Requirements: If using a rental car, you must obtain a valid NOC directly from your rental agency.
🛑 Strict Border Rules: Border authorities will deny entry into Khasab, Oman, without the required NOC letter.
Mandatory Documents: Always carry original vehicle registration papers, a driving license, and official NOC letters at the border.
Cancellation Policy
- There will be no charges for cancellations notified 48 hours prior to the tour departure date.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour’s departure time, there is no refund for your booking.
- All cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time will be charged a 50% fee.
- There will be no reimbursement if you do not show up for the trip for any reason.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government orders and will reimburse the deposit amount.
