Day 1: Departure, Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling
📍 Reporting Time/Place: You must arrive at the Khasab port or office according to your preferred time. Along with the visa check at the border, the drive from Dubai to Khasab takes about 3.5 hours. For the trip, you must depart Dubai on time. We also offer the option to arrange transportation from Dubai with our Musandam Overnight Dhow Cruise.
🚢 10:00 AM – Dhow Cruise Departs: At 10:00 am, the overnight dhow cruise trip to Khasab, Musandam, will begin. We are going to provide you with welcome drinks as you join us before we depart for a natural dolphin watch. This 23-hour overnight cruise on a dhow includes an action-packed full-day trip, guaranteeing you an incredible experience with your family and friends. This trip takes you into the calmness of fjords, where you can take in the scenic scenery and participate in a variety of activities.
🐬 10:30 AM – Dolphin Watching: Prepare yourself for some beautiful clicks! During the cruise dolphin watching has always been a fantastic activity. Around 10:45 a.m. on the day tour, our boat passes through the dolphin schools. As we approach our dolphin-watching spot, be ready to enjoy the dolphin-watching. You have a good chance of sighting an impressive pod of dolphins.
🏘️ 11:00 AM – Fisherman Villages: The Khasab fjords contain some fishing villages that you can visit. The fishing communities of Nadifi, Qanah, Maqlab, Seeb, and Shem provide some eye-catching sightseeing opportunities. The majority of locals in these remote communities, which can only be reached by speedboat, do fishing for a living.
🥽 11:30 AM – Snorkeling at Telegraph Island: It’s time to go swimming and snorkeling in warm seas. The boat stops close to Telegraph Island, which is the first snorkeling site and is encircled by beautiful waters. The most stunning coral reefs and vibrant fish may be seen here, and snorkeling is made possible by the clear water.
🍱 12:30 PM – Lunch On Board: After swimming and snorkeling, do you feel hungry? It’s now time for lunch, which is served on the boat. Rice, fried chicken or fish, hummus, salad, khubz, daal, and mixed veggies are typical lunch menus.

🌌 08:30 PM Onwards – Evening Activities & Stargazing: Spend a cozy evening with your loved ones surrounded by nature. Unwind with board games or playing cards, enjoy background music, try night fishing, or simply lie back on comfortable cushions and watch the starry night sky.
Day 2: Early Morning Dip, Breakfast & Return to Port

🛥️ 8:30 AM – Return to Harbor: Sunrise is one of the most stunning parts of the morning. If you’d like, you can go swimming once again in the morning. When you have finished your breakfast, we take you back to Khasab Port. Depending on your desired time frame, return to the harbor is at 8:30 am or 4:00 pm if you choose a 5:00 pm departure schedule.

Is the overnight cruise safe for non-swimmers, young children, and elderly guests?
Yes. The protected fjord waters have minimal currents, making them safe for all ages. Life jackets are available onboard, and non-swimmers can enjoy the cruise, dolphin watching and sightseeing without entering the water. Swimming should only be done when conditions are suitable and under the crew’s guidance.
Is the sea rough in Musandam, and will I get seasick during the overnight stay?
Seasickness is very rare in Musandam. The dhow sails through deep, sheltered fjords surrounded by towering mountains rather than open ocean, keeping the water exceptionally calm. For the overnight portion, the dhow anchors in a wind-protected, tranquil bay near Telegraph Island, ensuring a smooth, still night.

Is transport from Dubai included?
Private round-trip transport is available from any location in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, or the wider UAE upon request (additional charge applies).

- There will be no charges for cancellations notified 48 hours prior to the departure.
- There will be no reimbursement if you do not show up for the trip for any reason.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable, and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government orders and will reimburse the deposit amount.
